A family-run bed & breakfast in the heart of the Peak District National Park

All our rooms include those little extras – from shower gel to sewing kits – to help you feel comfortable in your ‘home from home’.

We have won an AA Rosette for the quality of our homemade breakfast that uses eggs from our very own chickens

Welcome to

Hall Farm House

Hall Farm House is a bed and breakfast based in the picturesque village of Litton. We (Annette & Fraser) have been running our bed and breakfast in the Peak District for over twenty years, hosting guests from all over the world.

We can cater to both long and short breaks and aim to make sure you feel at home the moment you walk through the door.

We have won awards for the quality of our breakfast that makes the most of our very own Hall Farm House hen eggs, locally sourced produce and homemade bread. Plus, we have continually maintained a four star rosette from Visit England for the quality of our bed and breakfast accommodation.

We chose to base our bed & breakfast accommodation in the Peak District after falling in love with the natural beauty of the  area. Litton village, where Hall Farm  is based, is a great location for setting off on excursions.

Location

Hall Farm House is located in the village of Litton, that is close to many attractions in the Peak District. Country estate houses such as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are just a 20-minute drive away. Similarly, towns such as Bakewell and Buxton are accessible by either public transport or car. We are also in a prime spot for walkers, with the famous Monsal Trail and walks through Tideswell and Cressbrook easily accessible from the property.
